The M3 is a very practical powerhouse of a car. If you dont feel comfortable daily driving a dakar yellow m3, then dont! If you want an exotic color m3 for the weekends to get more of a super car feel then by all means! I think the m3 pulls off almost every color. It just depends on drivers preference. Look at powerbeast dakar e90, and esquires e92.

But I couldn't see myself driving it long term. So I bought this one instead. Point being, if it wasn't for these one off, individual colors I would have kept on keeping on in my Tundra until the RS5 was released. Now that they (Audi RS5) are available, I am so glad I chose the E92 in Frozen Silver. The Audi just didn't have the awwwww factor like the Fire Orange or the Frozen Silver M3 does.
