Just put it in a box and take it to your nearest USPS or FedEx? I've been receiving quite a few parcels as of late from LA to NJ and no troubles. Let me know if that works for you and I'll send payment..

Sccops are sold and paid for. Filter is still available. I just dropped the price to $40.
