Any cameras? I HATE the fact whenever this happens to someone they always come back to find the mess, I can't wait until I read a story where the little fuckers get caught in the act.

$100 deductible, not bad. No cameras, but the truth is even with a video the police wont take the time to investigate. Some poor guy got beat up so bad here in Philly that his face was broken in 4 places. They have video footage and still cant find the guys!! What are the chances they would find these idots...

That video is terrible. Can you (or would you) legally use lethal force (with a gun or pepper spray) in order to defend yourself if someone is coming at you like that?
The attacker did not have a gun, but he did cause serious damage with his hands.

Wow, terrible. I came back from a 2 week vacation to find one of my older E46's smashed all to hell in the parking garage at Dallas Love Field. Turns out someone was going fast enough to hit the 4 runner next to me so hard it pushed it into me, and pushed me into the far wall and curb. The 4 runner had only been parked for 8 hours, but the parking garage said they weren't able to find anything reviewing the tape. Bullshit.

Yes - You can use deadly force to prevent death or serious bodily injury to yourself of another person. Even if someone isn't armed, they can still cause SBI or death.

+1 if people actually put enough effort into bettering themselves as they do hating on others they might actually have a nice car one day.

Carrying is all well and good, but around here you can't carry in a place that sells liquor, the airport, most office buildings, or any number of places where you'd have to leave your weapon in the car where it does you no good.
