Why does the set up use centering rings?
Are these not hub centric?

for some reason, all BBS/Volk wheels for E9x needs centering rings of some sort. I have no idea why, its probably to save cost on their end, not needing to cut 2 types of centers.

I would add that my Neez Eurocross also needs centering ring...but my BBS FI does not require the centering rings.

I'm pushing my friend to pick up a set..maybe he'll end up getting your set, haha.

Yea, but not that it affects anything. BBS centering rings are pretty special, they are designed for the wheel specifically. They even have a clip ring to hold it in place so it will never get stuck to the hub. Matter fact, I dont even know how to take it off.
