Lesson here... Your first reaction if you get rear ended or tapped like this should be to stay in the car and observe your surroundings.

Same thing happened to a buddy of mine in his Audi. Guy lightly tapped the bumper, just enough for him to feel it. He got out to see the damage, and the passenger of the other car got out, pointed a gun at him, and took his car. They both sped off and he stood there in amazment, calling the cops.

First thing I'll do is call the cops. I'm sure as hell not getting out of the car.

Dang this sounds like a fairly common car jacking scheme. Where I live the only things that get jacked are car radios/speakers and the like. I wonder if they targeted her because she was a female driver? Scary stuff!

Sounds like there's nothing here for you to stay for. You should leave ASAP.

If you've ever lived in Germany you'd understand what he's talking about.

Having lived there for four years, there's a lot I miss about the country. But there was also a lot I missed about being back in the States... No need to be a douche about it either way...

That's just too funny!

I'm sure there are nice parts to JC. Be careful though! You just never know.

I don't think he was taking a jab at you, it was actually a smart thing for you to say it doesn't need keys. If you had the fob on you then he would not be able to restart the car.

Glad you're ok, it's just a car and they got what they wanted. Cars can be replaced but people can not.

Used to live in the Jersey City Heights. Very bad area, and very scary if you're driving a nice car, whatever it is. It could have been worse, atleast she is safe!
