This is true... people don't generally put plates like that on their car to disrespect another make in general but instead to disrespect the performance of another particular car.

That or the owner just has no idea.

I think the most basic bmw costs more and is a lot better performance, comfort, and handling wise... should I mention looks as well, esp vs that specific car?

I think Mercedes will eventually get the last laugh --- obviously not with the car that plate is mounted on though.

MB has been winning the subjective part of auto reviews lately and BMW's electric steering has really come under fire. I just read my magazines for the month and every single review has a complaint about the lack of feel/driving dynamics in the newer BMW models. Compare that with the review of the E63 AMG which is under-powered compared to the M5 but won the review based on driving feel and other subjective categories. The tables have begun to turn! I think the E90/E92 was the the happy medium before it all went South.

I take that last statement back a bit... the 1M but that's a pretty low volume car.

well it depends: is he referring to speed or just the manufacturer in general? if speed then no doubt it will kill an M3.

if manufacturer, kind of stupid on a C class - the lowest class of them all (in the US at least... is GLK even considered anything?
