hello! need some help! m3 exhaust

hello!
im a new member here on this forum and need some help with a factory exhaust i received from my brother in law.

he has a 2009 m3 coupe... i believe it is a e90. he went off the iraq to conduct some duty there for the marines, so i have no way of finding out information about this item he gave me.

i was hoping i could get some help here. i do not own a bmw but instead a nissan s13 and a delorean!

attached are some pictures of the muffler he gave me. can you guys verify what type this is? is it an m3 muffler? and how much can i get for this if i was to sell it? thanks a lot guys!

doesnt look like an m3 exhaust..maybe 6 series or m5

Definitely not an M3.

not an M3....looks like one of the canisters from either side of an M5 exhaust. no tips tho.
