ESS Direct flash need help!

For some reason the software i have downloaded on my laptop seems to be the problem, the 2 buttons allowing you to download or upload data onto or off of your Direct Flash will not allow me to click on them. I updated everything 5 times, the DF has the data from my car and still will not work. anyone encounter this issue?

Never had this problem !
Did you email Roman ?

Delete all what you downloaded on your computer and start fresh and follow all the instructions and you should get it this time,Good Luck Man !

Hmm.. IM going to do another full read maybe something happened there. If it does not work I am going to give Roman a call on Monday.

Make sure you have everything updated and go thru the read again. If you still have a problem send me a PM or email.

update for those who are contemplating going with a Direct Flash ECU tune, ESS is so committed to supporting there products after 1 week of back and forth with Aj & Roman last night the tune successfully programed. I highly recommend them, and on top of that the tune is amazing especially when you have Primary cat delete RPM's r so smooth now, obviously need about 150-200 miles of driving for the car to fully adjust, but immediate results are great.
