No one. Well, only that spend 100% of their time at the track. Otherwise it's a waste of money and doesn't do anything for the car. BTW, I'm assuming since you're in San Jose, that photo is the 76 station near Almaden and Capitol. I used to mix that 100 with 91 when I had my e46 down there. That's the way to do it. About 1/3 100 octane mixed with 2/3 91. I remember when that 100 used to be about $4 and change a gallon. What is it now? $7?

I don't think that fill-up went into an M3. At least I hope not since the per-gallon rate matches the one for 87....

I mix 1/4 with 3/4 91 every once in awhile. Can't tell if there is an HP difference, but car does run smoother.

You CAN fill a stock car with that, but as mentioned it won't deliver any benefit whatsoever. Higher octane just means the fuel can withstand higher compression without combusting, which is important because you don't want fuel to combust until the spark is delivered. But if your engine can avoid pre-ignition on 91 or 93 without countermeasures like retarding the ignition timing (which is how high-compression engines avoid knock when fed crappy gas) then there's no point in going higher octane. 100 octane combusts exactly the same as 91/93 once the spark is delivered.

It's real to me damnit!

I've tried it and didn't notice anything substantial. Not worth the price for street cars.

right on +100 in fact use the mid grade and once in a while do use super to keep things nice and clean ... done that with my former e46 and never had any engine issues. Also do it with my e92, no problems whatsoever.
