Good deal on 2009 E90?

I've found an M3 that has everything I want except I think the price is still a tad high:

2009 E90, jet black, 14k miles, black leather/carbon trim
In-service 03/09 (1.5 yrs left on warranty/maint)
Cold, Tech, Premium packages
DCT, moonroof, premium sound, ipod/USB
All new tires front/rear

Dealer originally asked 56k, and are now down to 53k. I'm thinking more like 50k in consideration of the new tires and late in-service. But since it is fully loaded and has low miles, perhaps 51-52k wouldn't be out of the question? The car is not CPO.

ED Invoice price for an identical 2011 model would have been about 62k. A similarly equipped 2012 coupe is about 65k ED invoice.

I feel like 6 months from now, I will be able to find the above car for 45-48k. Once they announce the F80, and more 2012's come off the line. Thoughts?

Update:

Dealership told me they could not CPO the car because they already declined to do so. And apparantly they can not go back and change their mind on it.

I'm having a hard time offering any more than 50k. Not having much luck getting the dealer to budge past 53k though. I'd almost rather find one with 10k more miles on it that is CPO, just for the piece of mind...

The used car market is freaking strong right now, damn!

Hopefully more CPO 2009's will become available in the next 6 months or so. I really want that updated iDrive, or I would just go get an '08.

Would suggest going with a 2009+model year. I know a fella around here that got a 2009 AW/FR E90 (Fully loaded) with only 20k miles for about $50k 2 months ago. So yes-you can still do much better.
