I am so sad this morning... I fell down the stairs in my house last night and sprained my lower back... its hard for me to walk, sit or lie down

.. going to see the doctor today .. I hope I feel better by tomorrow or its no trackday for me

I just got back from physio and am feeling a whole lot better

what a fun day!! Noah was a great instructor. I've done three trackdays including this one, and from the last one to this one - I dropped from 1:55 to an average 1:48 lap time.. yay

Nice work. I've been with ted a few times and really like him as well. I think a low 1:40s is very doable with my setup, just need more practice. I'm going again the 26th if I sort out my O2 sensor fault.
