20" tyres

Hi what tyres is anybody running on 20" wheels

I'll be accused of skimping,

but I run Falken 452s on my 20" HREs.

I've had them hard at work on the ring in both the wet and the dry, including full traction control off in the soaking wet to see how they perform. Whilst there may be a more expensive tyre that would allow me to go faster still, I'm not ever sure I would want to and I couldn't see how you could go much quicker without putting your own safety at risk. These were plenty capable and that includes a not too uncomfortable slide round Schwedenkreuz.

I can't fault them either for regular road use, I was going at a decent pace on the motorway last night and did think at the time that tyre noise was not intrusive, as much because my music was relatively unaffected even at quite volumes.

For the price these seem like a no brainer and a worthwhile saving over 'premium' brand names given how hard I have driven on these tyres, they offer far higher performance than I am ever likely to need on the road.

I had Falken 452s and must say I was very impressed, particularly for what was considered a 'budget' option.

Couldn't fault them.
