help! does anyone know what this is?

I opened up my hood, and a couple of items dropped out. it seemed like it was attached to the actual underside of the hood. It is a small plastic netted holder, about 3 inches long, two inches highand about 2 inlches in depth. There was a small plastic clip as well. Any ideas/thoughts?

Looks like the plastic screen to to the drain holes on either side of the engine bay near the shock towers.

yep. pop the hood, and look below the area on the wind screen window lower corners. there should be one one each side.

Yep, what he said.... I pull mine out every once and a while to blow out leaves and crap that get stuck in there....
