Great! Is there still fuel available at the track? I'll probably be driving from Rhododendron, so I'll need some when I get there...

Great news on the fuel. May bring some high octane to mix in. So far it looks like four E9X M3's... sweet.

How much is fuel at the track? Cash only kind of thing? I was thinking of bringing a 5 gallon can of my own just to top off when I get there..but if they sell it there, I guess there is no point. I had heard the nearby towns don't have gas...and the one that does only sells regular unleaded which won't work in our cars.

Fuel was $5.50 a gallon last month. You can pay with a card inside. BTW it is a 45-50 mile round trip to the closest gas station with 92 oct.

Btw - where is the best place to eat down there? I will be coming from Wash, so maybe someplace north of the Or border? Goldendale?

Montoya,
It will be interesting to see your lap times on HLT. I know my first sessions at ORP were a mess.......I was a little lost with all the blind corners. There was a huge improvement by the end of the day. The second day i was able to pick up some additional pointers from the veterans that lead to faster times.

BTW I am emailing the organizer to ask if the lunch cart/truck will be in operation this weekend. They offered some decent food for the HOD day last month.

PrimeBMW- Great Day! After your new tires broke in you had some fast laps!

Here my second best lap, best for me was a 2:08.92- as you know Harry's doesn't record every lap, and of course my best was not!

I'm posting another one with Fen335i in a new thread...
