We have been trying to find an E90 to make the pipe length adjustments neccessary, no one will let us take their E90 for a day to take measurements. From what I have heard the E90 piping is a little bit longer..so right now no E90 exhaust available..sorry man

I believe the only difference between e90 and e92/3 is the tip length being approx 1" shorter on the e90 due to the style/shape of the rear bumper.

Let's hope the exhaust gains some traction and you can find a e90 in Austin to get on the lift for a test fit.

Once you can build one, I'll be in line as I'm sure others will.

Thx,
J

FYI it would be really easy for an exhaust shop to make the adjustments on the E92 unit, but would hate to see someone hacking away at our exhaust..LOL

If you can make make the modifications highlighted in red (MS paint while at work FTW!) to shorten the tips by 1.25 to 1.5", I'll be your e90 east coast lab rabbit.

so I guess it would be pretty easy then to cut them down..interesting indeed. Would be nice if I could bolt one of ours up and redo them here in house with our existing inventory

I like the exhaust. Looks great, price is good and the coating makes it even better.

When i first joined this forum everybody was riding Eisemann race exhausts nuts and meisterchaft gt2 now its Akra. Really its just a bunch of followers jumping on different bandwagons. Good luck with your exhaust system and kudos for producing something that benefits the community. If i didnt have an exhaust already i would be buying one.

I just received my cut down e90 specific version, and out of the box could not have been more pleased with the fab work. It's hard to imagine the tips were shortened as the cuts were clean and the finish was unaffected by the work.

I'll post a few crappy iphone pics tomorrow. Install will happen on Sunday.

Big thanks Brian!

Mine is on and it sounds good. I'll post a brief review with my initial thoughts tomorrow.

I am very, very close on ordering from them.
Could you post some vids also? My main concern is cabin drone. That is a huge reason why I havent gone aftermarket on the exhaust yet. I have two kids and they are in my car a lot and I dont want it to drone. (Just my pref)

If you do video, could you do some inside the cabin vids, please? Thanks!!
