Brake Warning Light reset ?

Hi hope sombody can help
I have this 2006 BMW E91 has brake pad fault lights on for front and rear brakes with the Red ramp symbol on.

I have plugged a snap on scanner to read the faults it has 5DE1 & 5DE0 codes up i have looked in to the service times and looks like it has been re set to many times as the time left for pad change instead of being 95% ish is 255% wich i think has confused the system

Is it possible to clear this and rest it correctly ?
