Low speed steering issue

After doing some searching, I guess that a couple of people have had p/s issues.

Mine might be a little different. My steering will feel like the p/s has gone out for a second. If I unwind the wheel and turn the wheel again, p/s is back. It usually happens at lower speed. I plan to take it to the dealer...just trying to see if anyone else had a similar issue.

Never had a problem during my ED, nurburgring or while driving at speed.
