Freshly painted E46

My brother's car recently came out of the body shop. He had a lot of custom body work, including custom made carbon fiber roof and trunk. What does everyone think?

i believe so. looks a little ricey to me. if that car was painted grey with some black wheels and a a painted hood/truck and a normal carbon roof, it would be off the chain. thats just my opinion though. also i dont really like tinted tails, but mad props to your brother for doing something mad different.

It's black carbon fiber, but the shop tinted it blue. He was debating very hard whether or not to keep it black, but eventually decided to tint it blue for a "unique" look.

the tinted tail wasn't his idea, the shop did it without asking. it's going back in this weekend to have it undone.

that trunk seems...out of place. its like those super tall shopping cart spoilers, but in dovetail form

The gold wheels are mine. It's only temporary until he can find something that suits the car more.

other than the carbon fiber look, i like

i find CF trunks / hoods are out of place on most street cars anyway, but it could be just me...
i dont mind the gold wheels at all with this blue...
