hit it into place using your fist but not super hard. start from the middle of the roof, hitting the railing into place all the way to the front. If that doesnt work, just take it in and have them replace the clips.
There's nothing broken on mine, it just likes to stick up...like a cowlick. I've pushed it down over and over and it just pops right back up.

I had this problem as well. They "overnighted" a piece from Germany and it has stayed down since. The weather stripping needed to be replaced because the rubber cement they used did not keep it down. Easy fix at dealer...
