OK, lest get the facts straight

Can we actually BUY M3 in NA? NO, So Benz wins by default.
Can you seat 2 in the back of M3? Nope. Benz wins in "actual car" category not track build car
Can you get navigation and entertainment in M3? Not in this one. Benz wins again

Looks are subjective, but I will say this. GTS has no unique parts, Black Series does.

Don't get me wrong, I love BMW, recently bought another one and will buy again in future. But GTS is a fail along with 5 series GT and a new 1er.

The C63 Black Series wins this comparison in a landslide. It's not even close, even with Mercedes using a sub-optimal engine from what they had available in the SLS's 563 HP naturally aspirated V8 engine.

BMW needs to wake up and realize they have gone from being the right at the top in the enthusiast mid/high end sport car segment, to now being right near the bottom. 10 years ago I would have argued BMW's range of enthusiast products from top to bottom exceeded EVERYONE including top dog Porsche. Z3M Roadster, Z3M Coupe, E46 M3, E39 M5, Z8, etc.

Now how do they stack up to the competition? I would honestly take the line up of Mercedes, Audi or Porsche... ALL over BMW. Man how times have changed.

The only thing I'd take from the GTS is the motor. Everything else is meh, even the orange paint. They should have made the GTS wider than the regular M3 and a bit more powerful than a mere 20-25hp...

I'd still take a Porsche over a BMW in most cases (one exception being picking my 2011 M3 over a Cayman R...both are the same price; otherwise, GT3 over GTS any day for a track car). Porsche fits my vehicular needs more so than BMW does. But BMW is still in a very close second place.

C63 Black serries will be the winner GTS is totally.

As others say BMW need to think and look back they aren't no 1 of this day.

Don't get me wrong I love BMW but they try to make money and giving nothing different from Merc

Design = yes
BBK = yes
Sportseat =yes
Power = yes
Sound = yes
others also = yes

Tough call. I feel like the M3 GTS would be a more engaging car to drive than the C63 BS but that is just a guess. The C63 BS looks downright menacing though!!

Still, like others have said, for the money I'd take a GT3 RS or even a standard 997.2 GT3 over either of these.

Everyone mentioning the GT3 should know that it is out of production.. you will have to wait 2 years until the next generation GT3 arrives.

I'd say the looks goes to the Benz, but how does it drive? how good is the chassis? I think that would be the make or break point.

I think the price estimate I heard on the BS for the US marked is around 90K. Not sure if that is true or not.

Is it me or does that Merc look it would make a mean ass Decepticon...LOL

I'm sorry BMW ///M but you better get your head out the X5/6M ass and start building a killer e9x m3 replacement because the competition has just about caught up....this Merc will surely surpass the M3 and probably the M5 in many ways. Only time will tell for sure but BMW better have a sweet trick up its sleave. Unless of course, BMW only plans on building electric vehicles and grocery getters in the future.

Ummm,, Well,, call me weird or idiot or anything BUTT,, I think that C63 BS doesn't look as good as the M3 GTS (Especially, the red one). I feel like it hv been done too much with the bodykits,,, yes, it is very aggressive but It is definitely too aggressive for my taste and doesn't seem to flow well with the whole car. I actually like the new look of the C-class coupe almost as much as the E92 looks,, but I thinkk,, I'll take the BMW M3 GTS for this one because to me, the design is more somewhat balance for me than the blackseries, however, I love to see some track test comparison!!!!!
