Recommended SA @ EastBay or Concord?

I am approaching my end of warranty date and need some small items looked at and one last oil service. Any M friendly service advisors at either East Bay (preferred) or Concord BMW?

Thanks!

If you take it to Concord, request Mert as a technician.

Go to Fremont BMW! Ask for Justin for your service adviser. He knows these cars in and out. He will hook you up for sure.

I have recently dealt with Eric Triebull. Mert personally recommended him to me.

Would anyone recommend a mod-friendly dealership for routine maintenance (SA and tech)? I have a year of warranty left on my car. Preferably somewhere in the Fremont area.

Nick Lal at Fremont BMW. He's one of the best.

Follow-up

Concord BMW completed my last service before my warranty/maintenance expires at the end of July. I dealt with Adam (understudy of Eric Triebull) and was happy with his service.
  • Oil service, ~1-yr and 4,000 miles since last service
  • Brake fluid flush
  • Microfilter replacement
  • Replaced missing hood bumper

Last month my oil level indicator went from 1/2 to full out of the blue. They stated it just need to be reset, sensor working fine. I miss the dip-stick!

Also, occasionally I have this sound when starting. They did hear it once, but could not repeat and diagnose. Mert was consulted.

I did request a nav update since mine is retro 2010. No dice on a free upgrade, so I passed on the $400 update and will source other options.

I'm now off to into the world of a non-warranted M3.

They did try and push an injector service and alignment for only $550. I'll try the $6 Techron additive first. As for the alignment, I don't see any uneven tire wearing but will monitor.

On a side note, I had a 428i xDrive for a loner for 4 days. Definitely a soft car coming from an M3, but had plenty of nice creature comforts in the cabin. Except for those seat belt extenders - how will those ever last? The HK system sounds great over my premium sound system and bluetooth connectivity was seamless. Finally, it was nice to see mileage in the 20s again.
