E90 lightweight splitter and wing?

Does anyone know whether the new CF splitter and wing with the red accents will be available from BMW? I will be in Europe and would even buy them there if available.

Generally parts for limited edition cars like those are restricted to owners who have to present a vin or proof of ownership to buy the parts. Sometime there are ways around this but I doubt you will have any luck (esp so early after announcement.! People will make replicas soon enough.

Is the spoiler the same as the E90 Performance Spoiler? If not it looks pretty similar.....
