Your bike is destroying your penis. Unless you are a woman. In which case it's destroying your vagina. There is a solution. But nobody wants to use it because it's embarrassing. It doesn't have to be. We're here to help.
When you sit on a traditional bike saddle, you put an enormous amount of pressure on your perineum. Which is exactly where pressure isn't supposed to go. As The New York Times reports

"There's as much penis inside the body as outside," [reproductive physiologist Dr. Steven Schrader] told me. "When you sit on a regular bike saddle, you're sitting on your penis."

More precisely, according to Dr. Schrader's measurements, you are putting 25 to 40 percent of your body's weight on the nerves and blood vessels near the surface of the perineum. "That part of the body was never meant to bear pressure," Dr. Schrader said. "Within a few minutes the blood oxygen levels go down by 80 percent."

That sounds bad, and in fact it is. When you spend prolonged amounts of time in the saddle, it can cause genital problems. From full on erectile dysfunction, to erections that won't last as long, to numbness in the nethers (which affects both men and women). And this isn't just limp speculation, it's backed up by hard science. The proof, as the Times reports, is in a couple of horrifying-sounding devices.

This is all subjective. Pro cyclists are saying that proper bike fit would take care of these problems. Noseless saddles are a gimmick and make it harder to operate the bike and/or ride with no handlebars.

Split Seats

One "solution" that has been tried and abandoned many times over the decades is the split seat. This type of seat has two roundish pads, side by side, usually on a horizontal bar. Frequently the pads can rock up and down within a narrow range. This type of seat has no central "nose" and for this reason it is sometimes believed to be a good choice for riders with prostate or penile numbness issues.

Unfortunately, this type of seat commonly causes more problems than it "cures."

The lack of a nose can compromise lateral control in some cases.

The pads must be angled downward, which tends to make the rider slide forward. This is liable to lead to hand/wrist/neck problems as the rider braces on the handlebar to keep from sliding forward off the seat.

If the pads are not angled downward, they tend to cut off circulation to the thighs, and to interfere with the thigh muscles.

This is a design that looks good on paper, but works poorly in practice.

these are referring to split seat designs. Im talking about basically digging a semi circle into a normal seat so the balls can at least sit in it.

Nice try.

Show me in the text where it says sitting on your balls in the problem. The problem is sitting on the portion of your penis that is inside of your body. It does mention your prostate, but not testicles once.

Additionally, the problems it states, ranging from ED to numbness, are not testicular or sperm count related, especially as women have experienced the numbness as well, and they, by definition, have neither balls nor produce sperm.

If you were to further explore the link posted, the posted example of a seat has more of a section to relieve pressure from your penis than it does your testicles. And considering we've all the sudden gone from "problem solved", to "an improvement", I'm gonna go with my gut instinct that not only are you not comprehending this text, you also don't know WTF you're talking about when it comes to pressure points and human anatomy.
