Anyone catless have issues with service the dept?

Scenario, long ago I head an increased emissions checklight and service took care of it. If this should happen again for the same reason while catless, I ponder their response.

Anyone?

Depends what codes are in the ecu. Catless will get you Catless inefficiency code. If you have others, which are also exhaust related and summarized as "increased emissions" in Idrive, then the shop should investigate those independently.
