Replacing your seat with a workout ball you'll burn more calories than sitting still.

Sitting on a medicine ball all day gives you hemorrhoids.

I did research, bough a ball and a base for it, and after 4 days said "fuck it, I come home tired after work, I deserve a little back support to lean on", and I can still slouch very easily on the damn ball

Just like every new workout or routine your body is not used to it. Try just using the workout ball for your seat for an hour your first week. Then gradually increase.

As per the website:

"When you need a break you can do crunches or stretch your back"
