New addition (performance exhaust w/ video)

I just had it installed today. I LOVE IT! This exhaust should be standard. I'll post videos tomorrow.

This was done at Century BMW.

Harsh... Takes money to play hard! I got it for 1,200 less between the dealer and being a CCA member.

I'd like to try and sell my old exhaust. Any ideas? It only has 7000miles on it.

You could probably get $150 +/- for it.

What is that black sway bar looking business extending from the center and crossing the connecting pipes? Is that a modification or model change?

I think it's to ensure that the exhaust doesn't fall off.

If I'm not mistaken I believe this dealership is owned by BMW.

It's a Sonic owned dealership in Greenville, SC. It's a brand new facility that they've been in a little less than a year. It is kept in pristine condition. They are a very good shop with in-depth experience with a knowledgeable parts department. A couple of the guys have been around since the 80's and many of them have 10+ years BMW experience at that dealership. Got questions, get one of the Mike's that run either the shop or the parts department. They know their stuff.

If you're referring to the Y shaped bars, it is a brace that is present on Convertibles to stiffen things up a little!

Honestly, I ordered my car two weeks before they made it a from-factory option, and I would have certainly added it had it been available. Very happy with my current set-up but the performance exhaust really does sound great. Add a Dinan midpipe to it and I think it would be absolutely killer.

gonna be honest here, the bends look the same, the weight difference isnt as substantial compared to higher end after-market exhausts for less money, it looks clean as hell and says M/// on it...if you like it then coolness
