HELP Clunking drivetrain

I have a 2009 M3 DCT, just swapped the motor oil (bmw twin power turbo 10w-60) and ever since the engine is running warmer, takes longer to cool off, and when ever I exceed 210F the drivetrain clunks HARD! when I'm taking off from a stop in first gear. sounds and feels like someone is hitting me from behind and the whole car shudders for that instant. no warning lights or anything. anyone else experience this. I think it might be the drive shafts flex disc but not certain. thank you for your assistance
