MSRP in bay area?

Those of you in Bay Area, CA, are you guys having luck finding a dealer ship that will take deposit for MSPR? I have my deposit at Steven Creek BMW but they didnt promise me MSRP.

I dont even mind placing deposit in So. Cal stealer. Shed some lights.
