Are there any M3 coups for sale for 40? with less than 35k miles? They are starting to get close to this price range but they are hard to find.

They are totally out there.....better yet; you can find 09s with under 35K in the 40s. Search and you shall find. Patience is your friend....they're only going lower too. I've found a few 2010s in the low 50s. Good luck, man.

i thought he's looking for a solid 40... the 09s i've seen are going 40s yes... but its 40s not 40 flat...

You're absolutely right....for 40 flat, it would be an 08 with higher mileage or a very desperate seller. If you don't mind a higher mileage 08....they can be fetched for upper 30s. Jeez.... I'm in the market for one but even I get upset at the thought of these things selling for that little. I guess thats the way it goes. Buyer's market....
