Wrong mentality bro. If that compound is congruent to Ambien, I recommend you not take it.

Read this.

I know I know... if we were stopping doing everything that is supposed to be dangerous for us, none of us would be speeding on the highway. It's just that I remember that article from last year and I think it is worth looking at...

Just saying.

From what I know 5htp helps the body to replenish the serotonin level...

I usually take Melatonin to regulate my sleep... only when I find myself having trouble sleeping at night.

I stopped taking mine after I was picked up by police walking near naked through my neighborhood in the middle of the night.

Now it's just melatonin

I heard this works...

That and maybe chilling out on the MDMA... Sleep will come back after you take a rest with the shit for an extended period of time.

Don't get me wrong. I like rolling from time to time, but you would have to be a fool to think that rolling won't have some greater lasting effect when abused.

Do you want to see the holes that shit puts in peoples brains? I don't think so. You're a bright kid. You know where the problem lies and supplements/ambien are only a band-aid.

I take it during school. It keeps me calm and a little more level headed. Makes me not want to go ape shit. Doesn't help me with sleep though.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/zma.html. read the forums about it, i personally have taken it and it did have an effect on my sleep. i would rarely wake up until the morning and then in the morning i was still tired. i stopped taking it because i was still very tired in the morning. Some people it works for and some people it dosent, i guess it really depends on why you cant sleep. If its stress or shit on your mind you need to sort that out first. just take propofol or fap a few times before bed

What most people don't know or fail to realize is that MDMA changes your brain every time you take it, not just when it is abused. Even if you take it once, your brain function is permanently altered.

When I was smoking bud heavily, it increased my anxiety to a point it was tough to sleep. Once I quit just taking a couple sleep aid pills helped me sleep. Diphenhydramine or w/e, same thing in Tylenol PM

If this isn't being caused by substances you have taken or still lingering in your system, you might want to consult a psychiatrist or a psychopharmacologist. It could be some underlying problem that is starting to manifest itself. Just saying that the problems sleeping might be a symptom and not the main issue.
