M3 convertible lease - good deal?

All, I am looking for a replacement car, I got a quote from a nearby dealership for a M3 convertible.
Here is my quote, its $1900 down (fees and first month only) 10K miles per year for 36 months at $760 per month (7% tax included). What do you all think?

Money Factor is 0.0006
residual at 64%
Out the door at $73200

My M3 Convertible

4.0 liter, V-8 engine

Rear-wheel drive

Base MSRP $67,550

Jerez Black Metallic $550

Cold Weather Package $750

Convenience Package $2,900

Premium Package 2 $1,350

M Double-clutch Transmission with Drivelogic $2,900

Destination & Handling: $875

Gas Guzzler Tax: $1700

Total MSRP as Built $78,575

You do not list the agreed selling price or money factor, two critical items which can help determine the deal. If you were not told those factors, then you should ask for it of no other reason to show them you understand the deal mechanics.

Seems like a pretty standard deal.

M3 Vert money factor is .0009 and residual on 10k is 64%

The only bargaining factor is how much over/at invoice your going to pay and maybe the doc fees.

Don't forget MSD to bring your money factor down to .00041

If you want a no nonsense deal talk to Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW. I won't say what deal I got out of respect to him but I shopped around and Ryan's deal was the best.
