They are very very good. They work very hard to make sure your happy. Ive tried every dealership in OC and they are by far, in my experience for several years, the one that has my vote.
Just got the engine taken apart last week there for a valvetronic issue and the car ready that next day. |

I can't speak for service since I've never had my car serviced there, but can legitimately say that Sterling and Irvine BMW (Especially Irvine BMW) are the two worst dealerships to buy from in the Orange County/LA county areas. Avoid these dealerships like the plague. (and god forbid you have the tragic misfortune of encountering Travis Majick at Sterling)
