you have to look at it two ways... if you are going to drive your M on the track or spirted mostly.. sure 18s is much better

but for more, I plan on either getting a set of 18s for the track, or keep using my OEM 19s

I don't compete; I track just to have fun and not get a ticket; I don't care about my time, or passing others.
Obviously I wouldn't track on 20s.....

But if you think the IND e93 or Matte white E90 look absurd.... then you and I have completely different tastes.

Now, if you think it looks great but will handle bad etc... well you're missing the point...
You don't get 20s to handle corners... you put your 18 on for that.

I drive spirited, but not to a point where I care about going faster then someone else.

This is why you can have more than one set of wheels.

At one point, I had 4 sets of wheels on my 335.
OEM 189s, DPE Aristos, Light weight BBS Style 18in wheels (for track use), and iForged Emotions.

Fortunately, I have 2 BMWs with 2 BMW Assists.

I call Assist for each one and get 2 of my rims swapped for free.

Wait until the end of the day (this is if I'm not going out) and do it again. or if I have to go, I'll just swap them myself.
I have 2 jacks, wheel hangers, etc etc... not that difficult
