Thanks bro, I just got through reading your DIY write up, Lol all 10 pages. Very solid write up. Me and a friend are planning on installing it our selves in the garage, he has a full tool box. Mike has been kind enough to be available for advice if we hit any stops. The only part im worried about after reading your write up is the placement of the intake. did ESS every find an alternative?

They needed to use that size of a filter due to the high CFM. You just have to mess with it and you'll find a right loctaion where the filter won't rub. Alos take your time taking out/in the fan unit ... It's a pain
