New users

new users with less that say 30 posts or less than 10 topic creations (whichever is last) should be required to go through an extra page when attempting to create a thread where they have to click a button that says "yes i have searched" in very large bold letters

this should be no ordinary button though, it should jump all around the screen and it should take the poster at-least 60 seconds to click it, that way they cannot say "i didnt know"

also, posters who post threads that have been posted a million times already should have the choice of there thread making abilities being temporarily removed or being burned at the stake

forums are for sharing information, and to some degree socializing, but mostly to share info, endless reposts spread out information and thin discussions (people who already responded in a seperate thread probably wont responde in a reposted one)

i could go into detail how this makes it harder to search too a encourages even more reposting, but ill save it

at the very least certain topic titles should be flagged, like for instance the words procede or xede with a question mark, becuase w/e it is it has been answered SOOO many times before
