It's easy, just be prepared to have sore fingers, especially if you have bigger hands. I have small hands, and while I was able to get my hands back there, the clips can be a pain to push in.

Don't be a baby, use some force. I used quite a bit of force and didn't crack or break anything, just pay attention. If you see your bumper bending or contorting, you're doing it wrong.

It's not difficult, I wouldn't recommend paying someone to do it, that's a waste. I have little mechanical knowledge, you don't need that to do this mod. Just push the clips in and pop the grills out. The new ones pop right in place. Very easy.

I tried with the finger method and gave up after a few tries. Using a flat tool like a trim removal tool or even a flat head screwdriver to push down on the clips made the job a snap (pun intended).

With the proper tools they will pop off easy as pie.
