Look I know people LOVE to add their 2c into every thread, but can we please try to keep this one clean? Thanks...

Dude...relax yourself. You said yours were 500 less....well last i checked yours were 1750 PLUS SHIPPING....correct?

2050-1750=$300... Let's compare apples to apples here, to be fair.

For the record, my response was directed toward SEDANCLAN who is local to me, and who has inquired about my set. He said he could get them for $2k, and I corrected him.

I am curious- why do you feel the need to chime into every for sale thread? I didn't want to say anything because its non of my business, but I have noticed a clear trend. In my case, is it because I didn't accept your offer of $1750 shipped? I don't think you would be happy if people constantly flooded your fs posts (especially your thread where you were selling a set of wheels at a premium over what they sold for ). I think my price is fair for wheels that I took off my car with under 500 miles. They are practically new. For a local, this is a particularly good deal. For someone who wants powdercoated ZCP wheels, this is an even better deal as they would save ~$600 or ~$800 if local and get a brand new set straight from the powdercoaters. I think we even discussed price in one of our pm conversations a month or so ago and you said yourself $1750-1800 was a fair price in today's market for used ZCPs...

My last thread had a guy throw outlandish accusations at me literally out of nowhere. Another guy couldn't help but keep going off about how I was selling with three tires instead of four. Is it possible to sell something on here without people adding their 2c into the mix? I am obviously a straight forward guy, I even pointed out two microscopic chips How many people are honest to that extent? I would understand if I was lying about the condition or my price was ridiculous... but come on guys!

Lets please keep this thread on topic from here on out. Thanks

Sorry bro, just selling as a set. I need the space... badly.

BTW, If these don't sell in a week or so, I will be forced to sell my other zcp set (powdercoated w/ new vreds). My HRE's are sitting at a shop waiting to be put on, and I can't do so until I clear some space I have too many sets of wheels sitting around

Then you should have clarified what you were posting! Simple as that really... I can get a set from Turner for 2050 plus 108 shipping. $2150 NEW...vs 1750 plus whatever you think it would cost to ship to me... Hmmmm... I'll take the new set, thanks!

Please, point out this TREND you speak of, as well as where i sold wheels? Funny...i don't recall posting a set of wheels for sale recently...other than my RAC's earlier this year...which EVERYONE tried to sell for a premium since they were custom and a limited run. Terrible example if that is what you were pointing out. lol

My only issue is that, while I'm interested in these wheels, I know that the two chips will get to me. As a result, I must consider the fact that I will have to pay addtional money to have the wheels repainted/powdercoated. That adds to the bottom line wheel cost. Choices, choices!

I understand... I pointed them out in advance so that there would be no surprises for the buyer.

As I mentioned in my PM, ZCP wheels are painted, not powdercoated. I have gotten curb rash repaired on bmw wheels (from my e46) for like $35/wheel. As you can imagine, fixing curb rash is 100000x more involved than touching up two dot-sized chips. Don't quote me on this, but I am sure you can get it touched up for $25 or so. I have used companies that come to your house; however, I am not sure if they would come out for such a small job

I think I already responded to your pm... I will pm you again just in case. The tires are Michelin PS2s- two 255/35/19 and one 285/30/19...

Those chips are pretty insignificant though... That's a risk you take simply from driving on a set of rims...

No curb rash, no lugs marks...that's what is most important.

Who repaired your other wheels? I used a mobile company before (..a reference from E46Fanatics), and he did an excellent job. I just don't remember which company it was.

Insignifcant to MOST people; I'm one of those OCD types. I've had my current M3 for 2 years, and I have no rash.....no chips.....etc. I still may consider this set though. A set from Turner's will be $2183 shipped to my door! Not a bad price!

Fair enough... I will admit I was a bit impatient. After how my last thread went for no reason whatsoever, I guess I just thought this was going in the same direction... My bad

The most recent company I used was Dr Wheel. These guys did excellent work as well...

Weird, when I added them into my cart, the total was estimated to be $224x...

How about this, I will lower the price to $1700, so its almost $500 off still.

Cool! Can you take a picture of the inside of the wheel for me bro? I'm trying to determine if the hub is beveled or not (..I'm considering 5mm spacers).

I tried to go today, but they are sitting in a storage unit that is a huge pain to get to (have to move a bunch of other stuff). If the rain calms down, I will take one out and take a pic. However, I am sure there is a pic of the back of a zcp wheel somewhere on here.

I ran a 5mm spacer with absolutely no problems, btw.

Wow, how about you asking to me to sell you my Fabspeed HFC for $500?
You are a joke my friend. Like what you said, you can go buy them some where else.
