Do we have to cut and weld for this exhaust? Or is it straight bolt on?
How will it work on leased cars?

In F1-mode, our system is proven to make performance gain on all of our application.
For M3, our system removes the secondary catalyst and resonator to ensure the high flow of the exhaust gas and the exhaust tone.
Also our muffler section is carefully design to maintain optimal gas pressure to create good power all around the RPM range.
We always aim for the best sound, then performance comes in second which does NOT mean our system loss power over highly restrictive stock exhaust.

But we do admit that on some applications, there was slight power loss during silent mode due to configuration of the muffler system.
Our silent mode valve is adjustable to compensate this issue.
So it depends on how the owner set up the system.
You can make our silent mode quieter than stock car on some of the application.

Jae
Thank you for the info.

This sounds insane !!! Congrats...

I have a question, have read elsewhere, that you can order the individual tones, 1-5 can you order it with all 5 or just 2?

Where did you order it from?

This system is offer in an X pipe, Rear section, or both. To get the full F1 sound like this customer you would need to buy the full system. The kriessied X pipe slips on after he oem Cats. You will have to cut the oem exhaust here. ( Other manufacturers offer full x pipes of course that require no cutting, but you will get a CEL unless you do an ecu flash ) If putting the car back to stock later, you can get a joining clamp that will allow you to put the stock exhaust on, We offer this to our customers for sale of course. If opting for the rear section only, it is a complete bolt on rear section with no cutting.

GT Motoring is the USA Kreissieg Dealer

Our recent post has some details on the system :
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=463176

Basically, you can choose the quiet mode level, and loud mode level. The quiet mode people spec level 1-4, and the loud F1 mode can be made quieter, but most every customer selects level 5 as it is the main feature of this system.

Example:

Quiet mode is Level 2
Loud mode is Level 5 F1 sound

Let me know if you have any other questions or require any details specifically on this system.

Thanks,

Greg

2 different sounds. This is 3x as loud and higher pitched than the Maserati. The Mas did sound sweet though. I like both.
