What are the performance differences between cars built with and without M Drive?

What have owners found the be the pros and cons of cars with and without the M Drive system?

OP, not sure where you are but M-Drive is standard on all M3's sold in the US now. If you search you can find out a lot more details about it.

My brochure lists "M Drive with M Dynamic Mode" as an optional feature as part of the Technology Package.

Thanks. I picked up my brochure from a BMW dealer only a few weeks ago. Apparently the brochures have not been updated.

Makes sense. M drive became standard few months ago. Also, manual seats are now standard. Electric seats come with a package. So watch out for that as well.

That really bugged me about the power seats.... Seriously? Ok, save a *few* pounds, but does it really matter to the average driver? NO. I like power/memory seats. And for $70K+, it damn well better be standard. Whatever....*steps off soapbox*. I need a drink.
