Eas angel ibright problems!! What to do?

I ordered my lights with fast shipping on the 26th of October. Never received an email from European auto source saying it was backordered. I had to go on their website to see that it was. I have called 4 times, left 2 messages and sent 2 emails and no response from them on the status. Horrible customer service. Especially when ordering $300 part plus 30 in shipping and can't even get a response. Has this happened to other people? I can't even contact them to cancel to order elsewhere. But they did have time to take the $330.80 out of my account...

They actually reply pretty quick when i call or send them an email. Just calm down i'm sure ull get ur lights in no time.

EAS has been pretty good to me, but I deal with them locally. Send Tom a PM, I'm sure they'll fix this for you.

It is frustrating because I have been patient and should not have to hunt down a person to make sure they deliver when that is their business. It wasn't free, I paid them. I was just seeing if this is common for their business or if I was lucky...

Hopefully one of the EAS guys on here will get in touch with a lot o babies.That sounds like a horrible customer service.
I've received good service from EAS ,I'm sure they want to treat every customer right.

Very true with the above statement.

I just ordered some D1s headlights from E92-Lighting and they are slow at responding to their emails. After 5 business days, I still haven't received my lights.

I guess because the majority of their staffs are still in Las Vegas for SEMA. Im sure they will step up and will get things sorted out soon.

I never had any problem with them.

EAS was at SEMA. I seen them there. Call them Monday morning, pretty sure some one will pickup.

EAS is a pretty reputable seller on here.

Wouldnt you think some of the EAS people would have the emails sent to their cell phones for quick responses and/or when they are out of the office? Regardless, EAS has been around for a while, so it should get sorted out soon.

Any updates? I ordered mine on Oct 29 and still nothing. I had no idea they were back ordered either until I checked my account. IMO they should no be charging my account until the item ships or the order is processed as an in stock item.
