Wink ESS VT2-600 SC kit Review From Turkey

The installation part was easy , Guide explains everyhting my shop had no issue at all they done everyeach steped explained by the guide, we just had some delay on the DME we had to wait for 3 weeks but it didnt cause from ESS , France airport had turnout for couple days so it was stuck there

by the way especially i would like to Thank Nate@IND to helping every single step and being with me almost 24/7 lol , after a while i thought he was leaving next to me

most of the mods are done , just waiting for my wheels it should take 3 weeks process but its been 9 weeks and still waiting on it, long story as you all know classic stories bunch of reasons and such..

at the moment driving car with OEM wheels w/265 ps2 tires which is cant handle a shit so far , definetly need wider ones soon..

for the performance eventhough this car is E93 and i m a guy over 260pound this thing just keep accelerating it aint taking so much time to hit 300km only few seconds once i have seen 315km but i dont wanna push it harder till i replace my tires..

here is some pictures while car was on progress..

Regards all,

couple of videos:

Rear end loves to fishtail if your not careful.

Enjoy the SC and drive safe always.

Congrats on your upgrade!!
Since you put on the VT-600 kit, how did you get the special ESS program for the DCT? I thought they need the car on site (e.g. Arizona) to program the DCT.
Congrats again! Enjoy!!

Nicely done!

What is that electrical doohickey sitting in the front undertray? Looks like an oil pump? Where does it normally sit?

Does it reside in the undertray? (My still developing technical sense would say "no"... but who knows...)

The SC is self contained and has no external circulation system

It is the IC circulation pump.

I hear you on that. For any in-house install we build a custom bracket for the bosch pump.

It is bolted to the inner feder with attachment brackets. The current version of the kit comes with a bracket that mounts the pump directly to the frame in case you rip off your inner fender on a curb. Not a very common problem though.
