ED Question

Im about to put an order in for an E92 M3 and I was wondering if they put a front plate on(drill the bumper)

Its not really a deal breaker but i would prefer to not have holes in my bumper.

no it's held on with 2 sided tape.

No drilling they just use double sided tape now.

and no you can't take them off when your done (new german law), but they will be shipped with your car to you (mine arrived in the trunk).

Ok great, ive had good luck over the last 10 years with no front plate, lets hope the streak continues

I took my front plate but left the rear plate. Welt will also give you a nice carrying pouch/bag for the plate when you take it off.

Don't think that's allowed anymore. Harm's actually checked if both plates were on the car.

When did you do your ED?

if you want this for your ed euro plate, just ask your dealership to not remove the plate. mine is still on the car with the double sided tape.
