All I can say is what the hell!!! Why are they so different? I was wondering how all these E93 deals are coming out so low compared to the E92's. That is BS! How do you think the rates are going to look around Christmas? I know we cant tell the future but they should be pretty good dont you think? Since most people wont be buying in that time-frame.

i just discovered these amazing deals on E93 M3's. Coming out of a 335 coupe at end of December and definitely considering an E93 M3....wow this is nuts.

Im turning in my 335i coupe at $765 per month (15k miles) and getting an M3 convertible for $765 per month (10k miles)

Doesn't get better than that!

Why is it BS? That's an odd thing to say

If BMW wants to give us a killer deal on these cars, I'm super happy. The laws of supply and demand dictate how much BMW can charge for these cars. The coupes, especially with the competition package (drool) must not need incentives to move, while the convertibles do.

That's not to say I didnt wish I could get a coupe for the same money

That was well said ,now on a side note. I love the way the coupe looks and that CF roof is awesome. Some just want coupes cause they think its so much faster and they read it handles better which I am sure it does a little. To me there's nothing like a drop top IMHO.I love fast great handling cars and this M can be double the price of other great fast cars,I was almost even having second thoughts.

BMW is giving high residual on the vert cause there holding value and maybe giving a better MF cause they want to sell more. So know you're facts before you call it BS. I loved my 135i vert and first year it came out cost more to lease then you would think cause it was in demand being new hot quick car newest model but if you wanted it you pay for it.

BTW my DROP TOP is on the Fedoraaaaaaaaaa :-).

wow i thought my deal was good, sept 15 2010 i ordered a 2011 e93 77,775 msrp
white, fox red, convenience, 19inch, bluetooth, sat radio, dct
3200 out of pocket including 1st month payment, bank fee, and 750 refundable security deposit for $ 820 a month .. ( still a great deal )
when i had a 2005 e46 m3 msrp of 60k i was paying 811 with the same out of pocket ..

i really wanted a coupe for weight savings and get the purist experience of the e92, but the payment for 70k msrp is like 900 a month... i just cant see myself paying $80.00 more per month for a car the costs $8,000 less.. had it been the same $820 for a cheaper car, i would have taken the coupe...

I just sent my dealer scrambling to recalc my ED-scheduled E92 for this amazing E93 residual rating. My white E92 order has now become E93 Le Mans Blue. Both pretty much loaded (without the $1900 premium sound) and my monthly lease is $100 less per month.

I've never driven the M3 convertible. 3 years ago I tried a 335i convertible, but I hardly remember that now. So I am not sure what to expect in terms of wind blowiness etc (esp as compared w my Z4).

But if I had not seen this thread, I would not be getting the E93. So thanks for sharing!

So you can add miles to your lease or simply pay the 20cents per mile at lease turn in?

Only $100 less per month....that doesn't sound right. The savings should be much greater.

Its 20 cents at turn in or 15 or 16 if you pre buy 6 months before lease is up, others will chime in but its something like that.

Maybe because it's ED, which represents savings completely on the lease side (because it does not change the residual)? We were both hunkered over the estimation screen, working the numbers. The E92 was pretty loaded, and had a decent residual already. The E90 has the lowest now -- even lower than the Z4s -- so the E90 actually had the most expensive monthly, if I got all the options I wanted.

I hope so! It's going to have to make up for not being able to do track runs without mods!

Hey Splooge, do you have an email for your guy at OC BMW? I live nearby (Blooming Grove) and that's a better deal than I'm currently being offered from across the river...

I'm not able to pm you.

Thanks!

At least for CCA events, without an after-market roll bar. See http://bmwcca.org/forum/showthread.php?t=7128

Alipali - The salesman I worked with was Mark Forhecz (m.forhecz@orangecountybmw.com). I did the whole deal over email which makes things easy. Let him know Steve (alpine white convertible/red leather) told you about him. Im trying to get some extras thrown in when i pick up the car

Thanks
