Coolant Leak

Hey Guys. After driving my car about 50 miles I parked in the garage and notice fluid leaking from under the car onto the ground in two spots (both on the left side of the car). It's blue in color so I'm assuming it's coolant. I opened the hood and noticed that the blue fluid also sprayed all over the left side of the hood. My car is a 2011 model with only 500 miles on it. Anybody know what would be the cause of this? Thanks.

Is it coolant or windshield washing fluid? I once had a overfilled windshield fluid explode on me in an overheating Subaru Justy. I think the person filled it with half water and it boiled over and the top blew off. Blue was all over the hood and dripping underneath.

It's blue in color. How can I tell if its coolant or not? Why would windshield fluid boil out like that though?
