Same old M3 mule spotted in LA.

So I walk out of my office building on Wilshire and Highland, and as I'm standing at the crosswalk, there it is, first one at the stoplight, just staring at the road ahead as if it were a cheetah getting ready to take off after it's prey. Well...it didn't take off after anything, much to my disappointment, but the feeling it gave me to see it in person was amazing...an honor. I just watched it

(and the M3 sedan behind it) as it drove past me, and then I snapped to and ran down Wilshire like a teenage girl trying to take a pic of Johnny Depp or something. I can't think of a better place to test the thing in traffic conditions, and on poor road surfaces, than LA...I just hope I get to see it again. Sorry that you can't really see much in the pic, but it's the two black cars, the coupe in front of the sedan. Gotta give me an 'A' for effort, though.

I've seen that same one in Sherman Oaks at Sepulveda and Ventura a lot lately

Where do you work? I see them testing BMW's right around Ventura and Sepulveda a couple of times a month. I alos see new M5's at the intersection DAILY

Saw the coupe going the opposite direction on my way home today on Highland and Manhattan Beach Blvd in the SouthBay. Wish they would take the plastic off the front and the fender vents!
