why does he have one wheel in the air while making that turn? it seems really weird in the picture.

the coupe will sure look sweet. i don't know about the sedan though. if they removed the masking, it looks like a regular E90.

usually an indicator of a very stiff suspension

most racecars behave in this way...in formula1 you will see opposite corner go up due to flat tire...stiff as a board

Also, the turn hes going into on the nurburgring is notorious for a steep angle and so many cars will get some air underneath if you are going extremly fast

What's the difference that the sedan would look like a regular E90 and the coupe wouldn't? If anything the sedan would stand out more because of the coupe grille.

Agreed.

And from these shots it seems that from the A-piller forward both cars will pretty much look identical, difference being the 4-door or 2-door body from the a-pillar backwards... Should be a great move on BMWs part

It's like the Mercedes C55 AMG. It's a sedan, but it has the CLK coupe's hood+grille, unique.

That'd indicate stiff chassis, not suspension. To have that much front wheel lift in that particular turn on the N-ring, the chassis must be very, very stiff. Aston Martin's new V8 Vantage behaved almost exactly the same on that very spot during testing, but was then softened for production.

Not bad, but the inner taillights will resemble the 7 series I believe.. Like an upside down L, but otherwise good job!

I hope that you won't kill me for saying that i think the bulge in the hood looks rather stupid ^^

I mean, it seems as if it's not even straight but going up! ..

but it's still a very pretty car

Because that's just a temporary covering they put on to cover the engine for now. I'm sure the production hood's bulge will look great.
