m5 brakes on e9x

I just saw this and it looks very interesting. Just wanted to share with you guys, especially with anyone that was holding out on a bbk like i have.

For that price, I'd rather do Stoptech. The brake bias might be off because of the larger calipers.

Also, Stoptech is much easier to change pads than these with the removable top plate. With this, the whole caliper needs to come off the car to replace brake pads.

Same - I do wonder if they have a rear kit coming.

Good points, plus most likely 19's are required and are heavier than the stock ones. I like stoptechs, they are always on top of my list for the reasons you said. Well at least they now have the answer for the people asking for this.

That's cool and all, but from an aesthetic perspective, I don't find those calipers to be all that attractive. The flat face looks plain and almost fake like those stupid covers you can buy.

For that price Stoptech makes more sense.
