How easy is install of front grills/side gills?

Hey fella's,

Looking to go with gloss or crome black front grills & side gills to match the gloss black window trim. But I'm curious about the installation. How easy/hard is it? Any special tools required? Would I need to remove the front bumper? Also how about the side gills? That doesnt seem to be an easy task.

Thanks,
Rob

I just did both today at home. I'm no mechanic and it was really easy.
