This probably won't yield your car much power at all, as the sudden expansion from the catalytic converter housing is going to drastically reduce the exhaust gas velocity, and especially so soon in the system.
The better idea would have been to find a good fabrication specialist that can work with titanium and weld it for you with a straight section pipe.
