Why isn't my second lease payment waved?

A bill for a second payment just came in via e-mail. They were going to wave it since I did the ED delivery. The BMW FS dept advised to contact the dealer I bought the car from but I think both guys are on vacation. What should I do, the payment is due on the 23rd of this month

Not sure why BMWFS advised you to contact the dealer, since this is obviously a BMWFS thing. I have read the same issue on bimmerfest's ED forum, and a simple call to BMWFS gets the payment waived. So, just call them again.

if its a lease payment and your not sure just pay it. If you were not suppose to pay the payment they will send you a 0 balance for the next month, if you were to pay it you won't have to worry about missing a payment. But like the above said just call BMWFS and they will tell you whats up right away.

Indeed, better to pay it and get a refund later than miss the payment and deal with the fallout. I'm sure you could challenge any negative credit adjustments based on the "missed" payment but that seems like a lot of work that could be avoided.

call bmwfs

same thing happened here. called bmwfs and they corrected it in a sec. this shouldn't even happen at all, but I guess they don't mind receiving extra payments.
